Several websites have gathered and organized primary and secondary legal resource information at one location. Most of the sites listed here include comprehensive collections of resources. Among the most comprehensive are those gathered by federal and state depositories and law school libraries. The number of sites hosted by law firms, law librarians, and law schools continues to grow. Their collections often reflect their particular specialties, which may limit their broad appeal, but, for lawyers who also work in specialty areas, those sites are invaluable. A number of commercially sponsored sites have also grown in prominence as reflected by the list below. The information at the sites varies.
