OnLAW®
OnLAW is a Web-based subscription product offered on an annual basis. Each subscription allows access by the user for one year and includes any updates or revisions during that year. For firms and agencies additional user access to an OnLAW title may be purchased for $25 per user. OnLAW subscriptions are automatically renewed. Near the end of a subscription period, a notice will be sent for the next year’s subscription. Prompt payment of the renewal invoice will allow for uninterrupted access for the next year.

OnLAW VERSION WITH PRINT PURCHASE
When you purchase a book that is a CEB OnLAW title, you may also purchase that title on OnLAW for an additional $95. The OnLAW Action Guide versions of Action Guides are also available for an additional $35 when purchased with the print version.

CLE ANYTIME ANYWHERE

• Seminars — Order 48 hours in advance when enrolling in a seminar using the web. Not enough time? Call 1-800-232-3444, Mon-Fri. to enroll before the seminar begins. You may cancel your purchase up to one business day prior to the seminar.
• Telephone Topics — Order 24 hours in advance when using the web to enroll or call 1-800-232-3444 Mon-Fri. to enroll before the seminar begins. You may cancel your purchase up to one business day prior to the the Telephone Topic presentation.
• On Demand — You have access to On Demand seminars for one year from the date of purchase or the date the program becomes available, whichever is later. You may cancel your purchase providing the On Demand seminar is not yet available for viewing.
• Audio CDs — Audio CDs cannot be returned for refund. Defective CDs may be returned for replacement.

CLE PASSPORTS
CEB's CLE Passports offer access to CEB' CLE at great value. Each passport has its own terms and conditions. See CLE Passports for more information.

FORMS CDs
CEB Forms CDs contain all a title's attorney-drafted forms, checklists, and questionaires, and are formatted for Word 97 (and higher) and WordPerfect 7 (and higher). You are not required to purchase the Forms CD when you buy the book but you must own the book in order to buy the Forms CD. When a Forms CD is updated, Automatic Update Customers will receive the updated CD at a reduced price.

Forms CDs include an Updated Files List with the Disk User Instructions which allows you to evaluate changes to the CD without opening the shrink-wrapping. Opened Forms CDs cannot be returned for refund. Defective disks may be returned for replacement.

SMARTLASER™
Your purchase of SmartLaser includes one year of updates. Thereafter, you will automatically receive update disks twice a year, usually in January and July, for an annual subscription fee. You may cancel the subscription at any time. Opened packages of SmartLaser are not returnable.

CEB REPORTERS ONLINE
Your paid Reporter subscription entitles you to both the print Reporter and access to Reporters Online. Go to ceb.com and click on "MyCEB" to log in. Once logged in your Reporter Online subscription is available through the OnLAW Service. The annual index is available only online. Reporter subscriptions are not refundable.

SECTION MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
For those who are currently section members, CEB will apply the cost of your section dues, subject to verification of your membership in a participating section, towards the purchase of a Gold Passport or a single full-price program ticket. If you do not currently belong to one of the participating sections and want to join, CEB will pay your annual section membership dues when you register for a CEB program or purchase a CEB Gold Passport. Only one annual section membership per program or Gold Passport purchase is permitted. CEB credit only; no refunds allowed. Discounts cannot be combined. Call CEB Customer Service at 1-800-232-3444.
